Councilmember Paley to Hold Public Utilities Committee Hearing to Discuss Proposed 2009 Water And Sewer Rates

WHAT:
Councilmember Eileen Y. Paley, Chair of the Public Utilities Committee, will conduct a public meeting to discuss proposed 2009 water and sewer rates and the Low Income Discount Program and the Senior Citizen Discount as well as other related issues. Tatyana Arsh, P.E., Director of the Columbus Department of Public Utilities, and staff will present recommendations to the committee. Public testimony will be accepted.

Free parking is available after 5 PM in the City Hall surface lot at Gay and Front Streets. Attendees should enter City Hall at the Front Street security desk where they may also fill out a speaker slip prior to the meeting.
